1. Exchange Policy
Tested Perfumes:
Customers are entitled to test the fragrance for up to 24 hours. If the product is not suitable, it can be exchanged, provided the tested perfume remains nearly full, with no noticeable depletion. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the product.
Conditions:
The perfume must be in its original condition, undamaged, and the exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Return Policy
Unopened Products:
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the packaging is unopened and unused.
Returns:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product if the reason is unrelated to product quality or an error in the order.
3. Warranty
